Working directly with Holiday Inn Suva management and their Fiji based interior designers. The buffet was designed to reflect a Fijian style using the natural timber look. In keeping with the local flavour, we incorporated the brass tandoor oven which is used extensively in the live cooking section.
The buffet was fully built in the New Zealand factory, dismantled, containerised and shipped to Fiji. Once on site, the buffet was installed and fully functional within 5 working days.
PAC*PRO supplied all of the Sirocco restaurant chairs, tables, crockery and cutlery. We also designed and manufactured all Banquette seating in NZ.
