When Tim Fleming first started Pac*Pro in 1991, he sat with his clients and said “What do you want?………we’ll get it for you”. From the beginning Pac*Pro has built itself on listening to our clients and sourcing what they want, not what we want to sell them. Over the years we have built long lasting relationships with hotel chains as well as independent hotels, motels, restaurants and cafes. Whether our client is a 5 star resort or a small owner operated café, we pride ourselves on working with all of our clients on the same level. We are still working with the same clients who placed orders with us in 1991.
To date we have specialised in supplying hotels throughout South Pacific. We regularly visit each market as we prefer the face to face approach so that we can sit and listen to our clients. This also gives us the opportunity to show and discuss new products on the market. With fresh eyes, we can offer suggestions on what the market trends may be in other areas of the Pacific, New Zealand and Australia.
Using the same business model, our growth in New Zealand is based on the same face to face contact.
Clients can contact any of our team in the office. As a team, we all participate in the quoting and supply process. This enables our client to be comfortable that they can ring the office at any time and speak with however answers the phone knowing their query will be answered.
