In early 2015 PAC*PRO supplied all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and table top items (placements, napkins, etc) for the Chantara, Thai restaurant in the lobby area of Radisson Blu.
In mid-2015, the Blu Restaurant was fully rebuilt. PAC*PRO was involved with the buffet and open kitchen design. We suggested the WALDORF BOLD cooking equipment line up which has been coupled with a matching black coloured SKOPE under counter chiller and a black and stainless Rotisserie 5 from France to finish this amazing line up. In August 2015, the open bar in the Blu restaurant has been rebuilt with sweeping views to the sea and pool. PAC*PRO supplied SKOPE 3 draw under counter chillers to enhance the bar aesthetics.
